The Ruppert Yorkville Towers Condominium was converted from a rental property on February 20, 2003.

 

The Ruppert Yorkville Towers Condominium consists of 1258 residential apartments, 172 storage units and 1 commercial unit.

 

The Sponsor, Yorkville Towers Associates, LLC, retains 431 residential units, 127 storage units and is the owner of the commercial unit.

 

We are located on the Upper East Side on Third Avenue from 90th Street to 92nd Street and are part of Manhattan Community District 8.   We are also located in the highly rated NYC School District 2.

 

The address for the Ruppert Tower is 1601 Third Avenue and 1619 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10128. 

 

The address for the Yorkville Tower is 1623 Third Avenue and 1641 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10128.

 

The amenities of the Condominium are 24 hour concierge and security, lobbymen from 7:00 AM to 11:00PM, playgrounds in each building, third floor terraces, Valets located in each lobby, and an underground garage in each building.  The valet and garages are operated by independent contractors for a fee.
